So, Tyler's friend Pat was over one day about a month ago and had some of my mom's famous salsa with chips while he was visiting. He loved it so much he finally decided to ask me for the recipe. On Sunday night, I bought the ingredients for the salsa and took them over to Pat & Ericka's to surprise them with the salsa recipe and ingredients. They were so excited that they decided to cook Taco Bake simply so they could have chips and salsa! All of that said just to say that is how we spent our Sunday night. And to be completely honest . . . I really can't remember what happened Monday . . . on Tuesday night, my loving husband took me to dinner at Cozymel's and then took me to see Love Happens (with Jennifer Aniston) I loved it. Mostly I loved getting to spend time with my precious husband! It's the strangest thing. I can't remember . .. . I can, however, remember what happened Wednesday (which is good since it was yesterday). I worked a job fair at Tarrant County College from 8 - 1. I had a good time and it is always nice to get out of the office. Today, work was good (just busy enough to make the day go by fast, but not so busy that I wanted to lose my mind). And the highlight of my week . . . currently watching the Office! It's the wedding episode . . . I'M SO EXCITED!!
I have to work on Saturday and then Saturday night we are going to the State Fair with the Rutherfords! So this weekend is probably going to fly by and then on to another lovely week of work! Sorry this post is so short and uneventful, things have just been kind of slow this week. I'll take pictures at the fair and put them in the next post!
