This week has been full of blessings! I had my final two week appointment and now move into my weekly appointments. Ellie was doing great with a nice sound heart rate of 140 and just growing like a weed. On top of that, all of the wonderful people I work with threw a surprise baby shower for Ellie! It was so fun and cute. In addition, they took up a company wide collection to buy Tyler and I the glider and ottoman for Ellie's nursery. Saying that we are blessed is an understatement. My cup runneth over!
A few highlights from the shower!
How Far Along: 35 weeks
Baby Size: 18+ inches, 5 3/4 lbs
Total Weight Gain: 26 lbs.
Maternity Clothes: Absolutely
Sleep: not too bad for feeling like a beached whale!
Best Moment This Week: Having our garage sale and getting Ellie's room in order (pictures to come soon.)
Miss Anything? Ability to: paint my toenails, shave my legs, tie my shoes, get in and out of the car gracefully
Movement: Yes. She is absolutely amazing.
Food Cravings: Sonic Lemon Berry Slush, Hot Tamales
Anything Making You Queasy or Sick? Nope
Gender: GIRL!
Labor Signs: Other than the occasional Braxton Hicks ... no
Belly Button in or out? Out and point at the ground! It hurts ...
Wedding Rings on or off? Off. I can get my ring on, but after wearing it for an hour or so I really have to work to get it off.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy! Happy! Happy!
Looking Forward To: Getting our glider in (thanks to all of my amazing family at OSV!)
